This is a fully functional Sterl-Tronic (Sterling / Sterlco) Model F6016D hot-oil temperature control unit. This industrial-grade system is designed for demanding process applications requiring precise and reliable thermal regulation, such as molding, extrusion, and jacketed vessel heating. The control panel includes heating, cooling, automatic, flow forward, flow reverse, and stop functions. The unit has a heating capacity of 18 kW.

In our facility, this unit has been used to circulate 204 °C (400 °F) hot oil through the jacket/outer shell of a 250-gallon reaction tank to heat the process liquid inside. Electrical requirements:

• Unit rating: 460 V, 3-phase, 32 A

• Our facility supplies 230 V, 3-phase, which is stepped up to 460 V using a transformer

• The 230 V to 460 V transformer is NOT included in this sale

The transformer and 250-gallon reactor system in the photos are for reference. The sale price is for the Sterlco F6016D temperature control unit only.

If your facility does not have a 460 V power source, the transformer can be provided at an additional cost of $1,900.
