This is a functional Sanyo Temperature Humidity Stability Environmental Chamber (4oC to 50oC, 30% to 85% R.H., 6 cu.ft./182 L) in great cosmetic and working conditions. This stability chamber has accurate temperature and humidity control and uniform temperature and humidity distribution along with simulated and controlled UV and visible lights. The chamber is ideal for incubating pharmaceutical samples and testing other critical products at controlled temperature, humidity, UV and visible light environment.
The chamber’s functionalities in temperature heating and cooling, program control, water supply system and humidity control, UV and visible light intensities, and temperature humidity uniformity have been fully tested and validated by our engineer. This chamber has been very well maintained and is ready to use.
The chamber has three F18T8/BLB 18W UV lamps on the top chamber and three PHILIPS TLD18W/33 visible light lamps on the bottom chamber with the intensities of the UV and visible lights measured and shown in the display screen. Special technical design ensures the uniformity of temperature, humidity, UV light, and visible light.
This chamber is equipped with Eurotherm 2208E for temperature and humidity program control, and advanced Eurotherm 4103M for temperature and humidity monitoring/recording/alarming, UV and visible light intensity monitoring/recording, UV and visible light lamps lifetime recording.
Different temperatures with different humidity levels have been tested including: 4oC / 83%RH, 10oC / 75%RH, 20oC / 75%RH, 35oC / 75% RH, 50oC / 85% RH. The chamber is a complete ready-to-use system with everything needed for a lab testing operation. Technical support will be provided to the buyer for the initial applications, if requested. The chamber uses 208 - 230 Volts single phase power. The electornic Eurotherm 2208E and 4103M controller and recorder manuals will be provided with the chamber.
